    A: To temper our ice, simply take it out of the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for about 3-5 minutes. This allows the ice to slightly warm up, reducing the risk of cracking when added to your drinks and ensuring it maintains its crystal clear appearance.

    A: When stamping our ice, it’s best to do it facing down to avoid water getting stuck inside the engraved area. This ensures a clean stamp and maintains the quality and appearance of the ice.
